Looks great man!

Real quality build, Had a good time reading it all! Makes me realise how much work went into my track car (Dads) haha.

Good luck with the next inspection.

i would love if i only had to drive 2 hours to race, the closest track for me is 4 hours away and thats only an 1/8th mile, the closest 1/4 mile track is portland which is like a days drive either way.

as others have said, the car is looking great anyhow mate, im just starting my super sedan build. I'm putting a small block into a tx sedan, hoping for low 10's to mid 9's

well i am please to say that the car is ready to be tech inspected again, i can't get time off work till next week so it wont be till sometime then, but other than some sanding and painting of a few bits of rust im good to go!

hopefully my tech inspector will be happy with the stuff i've fixed and i'll be on the road!

well i decided to shout myself a birthday present this year :D got myself an Innovate Motorsports Wideband gauge to replace the wideband i had in the gemini before, basically it was the same thing without the gauge, so i will use it for logging when tuning cars and the new one is a fixed install in the gem!

used it to test out the idle tune of the gemini on E85! the commanded fuel ratio was 8.6 and i was adjusting the table to get it right (started at 7.6)

I highly recommend these, they look very well made and so far everything of theirs works fine!

Found out the next door neighbour used to be a locksmith, he helped me get the boot lock barrel apart, so then i could remove/change locations of the waffers inside it so it worked with the key i had.

So now i have a working lockable boot!!!

thats pretty much the last thing i needed to do for tech inspection so i need to now work out when i can get a day off work and then i'm good to go!

turns out the tech inspector is in the USA till friday so i'll hopefully know on friday when he can fit me in, hopefully that will still be next week!

in the mean time im filling in some time till i can see the tech inspector.....

was some dodgy rust holes so they have been patched up in an effort to have the car look half professional :P
