SO it's Farken dead on here, there seems to be little progress on anyones car's or any going Gemini's in this state which is a bit of a shame.....

(start aimless rambling here)
any way's I came to the realisation that there are in fact many good bits and pieces in our gemini collections that can be used but are sitting waiting for a rainy day or a bucket load of money to be spent on them. Gemini owners are a odd bunch we pick a shitty car that is full of faults that were were in love with, the pull it to pieces then restore every item to better than original condition and remove any possible design faults and imperfections before we even dream of driving it on the road, the result of this is many long years of work and money and not much GEMINI DRIVING!!

SO my challange to you is...

Get something rolling or Running with parts that you have lying around, don't be to anal or fussy...

Im gonna start with this:
My G180 drawthrough turbo set up.....
I have a $150 G180 that I bought that came assembled with a freshly machined crank, new bearings a recon pre pollution head and new rings I also have a complete gasket set of leftovers , a spare turbo sump and my draw through T28 carby turbo setup that I have never used.... + a few other goodies like the Vt alternator and electric water pump and alloy pully that I made

Good stuff, and I agree! Mine is waiting.. for spring.. Its a spring/autumn car. It IS entered in the bay to birdwood (hopefully this year I wont have any sudden setbacks to knock me out the night before like the last classic!) and the Bellett guys are here too, with a heap of isuzu belletts entered and I think might be a 117 and a florian... Should be interesting!

Anyway, ive got a couple of things to add. Going to install an LS1 coil on to the delco EFI with a regular coil to LS1 coil adaptor my mate makes soonish and will post that up when its done.
